The process

• Develop paper based prototypes or digital equivalent using tools such as Balsamiq
• Get valid feedback from users on the early concepts with usability testing
• Protyotypes are refined
• Key user tasks and journeys are identified and explored
• Further feedback from users on the early user journeys are tested with usability testing
• We then develop detailed interactive prototypes and documentation capturing the interactions to pass to design teams
