Terms and conditions

We will send you an electronic invoice, which can arrive up to 48 hours after after you have placed your order.

The full balance of the training is due 7 days prior to the course start date.

Cancellation policy

If you are unable to attend the course and need to cancel we operate the following refund policy:

  • 30 days notice prior to course start date - 100% refund
  • 15-29 days notice prior to course start date - 60% refund
  • 7-14 days notice prior to course start date - 25% refund
  • 6 days or less - no refund

Course transfer

We are able to accommodate changes in course bookings, but the cancellation/refund policy applies above, so if you wanted to change your course and this was within 15-29 days of the course start date then you would be charged 50% of the fee and you would need to re-book the new course date.

Cancellation disclaimer

Spotless Interactive reserves the right to cancel or amend course dates at any time, and will always look to give as much notice as possible in the unlikely event that this occurs

A full refund will be applied (including credit card surcharge) and Spotless Interactive is not responsible for any costs incurred to your company as a result of cancellation.
