User testing with Paddy Power

We have won a project to recruit and test users with Paddy Power at we are running the testing at a Central London lab.

Paddy Power is Ireland's biggest and most successful bookmaker. Paddy Power operates both a retail and an online/telephone division.

They came to us with a Request for Proposal to recruit a cross section of existing users and also potential users for testing one of their key gaming websites to start early in January 2010.

We suggested a testing approach which included a mixture of predefined tasks and also undefined tasks to allow the users time to play and to establish their natural behaviour and route through the site.

Whilst eye tracking in isolation can only tell you so much, we felt using a Tobii T60 eyetracker throughout the job in order to gather heat maps and eyetracking footage throughout the project would be beneficial to the client and help reinforce findings from the testing.

A full case study will be posted shortly under the clients section with recorded footage of the eye-tracker technology at work on their site.

Testimonials

Excellent to work with during the testing phase of my e-learning projects. Organised, responsive, service-minded and most of all flexible which has made the partnership very comfortable and on a range of products.
