We have been asked to help Universal Music Group (UK) audit one of their key sites for Accessibility compliance against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.0, which is undergoing redevelopment for launch later this year.
Universal Music Group (UMG), formerly MCA Music Entertainment Group, is the largest business group and family of record labels in the recording industry. With a 25.5% market share, it is one of the Big Four record labels.
UMG's record labels have many of the world's biggest artists including Snow Patrol, Amy Winehouse, Girls Aloud, Scissor Sisters, James Morrison, Rihanna, Lady Gaga, Jamie Cullum, Luciano Pavarotti, Kanye West, and N'Dubz. UMG owns one of the largest music publishing businesses of the world, the Universal Music Publishing Group.
We are also working closely with the Digital department to deliver an Accessibility guidance document that can be used for internal development teams a well as external agencies to help with accessibility compliance in their projects.
